I decided to lose the desire to smoke even though I had a strong desire. I asked my internal guidance system for an easy and certain way  to snuff out the desire for cigarettes. The process was losing the desire.

Inspiration #1
Write out on a 3 by 5 card "stop smoking". Review this card 3 times per day and say "stop smoking" to myself as often as possible.

This was a way to program myself  to change my subconscious thinking and begin to lose the desire to smoke.

Inspiration#2 
By putting my cigarettes in the trunk of my car, it took some effort to get to them so my frequency was reduced. I was gaining control over the smokes.

Inspiration#3
I surfed the internet and found a terrific website stopsmokingcenter.net. This website educated me and
in 3 weeks the my hot desire to smoke had cooled to the point where I was able to give it up. I continued to count the urges each day and fairly soon they were down to practically zero.

I could go fishing with a friend of; mine who blew smoke in my face and I was not tempted a single bit  I never went back to it.Victory over cigarettes!!!
