An Easier Way To Weight Loss

I lost 54 pounds effectively and easily. What helped  me the most was that I realized I could not depend on my rational mind to accomplish the mission. It had to have a spiritual basis.I simply asked for an effective and way to control cravings, learn portion control, and increase metabolism. Through inspiration I received answers.

Something else that helped immensely was that I reflected on my past successes in conquering alcohol and  cigarettes.
At first I tapped intermittently with inconsistent results. When I started tapping twice daily I obtained better results. Carol Look goes into all of this. Her program is very helpful.

After some time I started the daily practice of listening to the power programming cd. That really helped a lot and added a new dimension.

What was so absolutely cool about the program was writing it out on 3 by 5 cards. I would write out 190 if I weighed 192. Within a week or 2 wouldn't you know I would magically be at 190 without that much effort. Then I would write down 188 or 187 as my next goal. The weight went up and down but the trend was always down.

In 18 months I went from 203 to 149.
Everything was a lifestyle change. Therefore I never had to go on or off something, cheat, or deprive myself.I am aware that if you don't eat enough the body goes into starvation mode and metabolism is reduced.
