Fitness means being able to successfully handle various life stresses. We need to be physically, mentally and spiritually ready to handle what life tosses to us without being overpowered by anxiety. That is where emotional fitness comes in to play.
Emotional Fitness means that we are aware of anxiety and can deal with it.
Step 1 Measure Anxiety on a scale of 1-10 10 being the most anxietyStep2 Do whatever you can do to reduce the anxiety in a constructive way instead of a destructive way like the overuse alcohol, food, cigarettes, work, etc.Step3 Measure your anxiety after applying the method that is comfortable for you to use.Step 4 If what you did works for you great, if not note that this too shall pass!!Some constructive means of reducing anxiety that we use are
