The result by stimulating the acupressure points is that relaxation is produced and the emotional charge of whatever we are going through is reduced. Pain goes away. Then I notice that creative thoughts come to mind.
Anyone can learn this. Just start doing this. We can do this as we watch tv, drive, shop, or whatever.

Another concept that fits with emotional fitness is energy toning. When we do enough finger tapping our nervous system toughens up and things no longer bother us so much.
The proof of that is that I used to shake from taking Depakote. I no longer shake according to people observing me. I still take the same dose of Depakote.
