Another easy way to program your subconscious mind is to write your goals down on 3 by 5 cards and review them several times per day. For example if you want to lose weight simply set a goal of reaching a weight of 2 pounds less than what you weigh. Write that down- review it several times per day and celebrate when you have reached that small goal. Go from success to success.
