Steps To Success.

Step 1 Write Down what you want.
     Review your goals daily. Writing what you want gives the process additional power.The book "write it down, make it happen" explains all of this. Also "It Works" is another book that explains the process of writing things down to achieve goals.

Step 2 Persistent Daily Tapping
      I can't begin to tell you have effectively this practice has changed my life. I have become much happier, am almost always in a good mood,and I feel physically and emotionally stronger. What really excites me is that persistent daily tapping relieved my chronic hand shaking. Also my blood pressure is the lowest it has been in years even with taking a lower dose of medication.

Step 3 Listening to cds
Cds can help you practice relaxation and visualization.
These provide a form of meditation that allows a person to create behavior changes easily. I have a problem with meditation but some of the relaxation cds are fun to listen to and are effective if practiced regularly.
