Tapping For Life Improvement     

     Recently it has been found that combining western thinking and the  eastern idea of acupuncture has been able to  achieve new solutions to a variety of problems that people face in our society.

     For example some people have an exaggerated fear of heights. Even if they think about a height, they get anxious, sweaty, and fearful out of proportion.. What has been found is that when a person is in a fearful anxious state if they tap on a few acupuncture points the fear can be reduced to a manageable realistic level fairly rapidly and effectively the fear can be tapped away. Here is something you might find interesting. Dr Susan Smith R.N. was in China. She had numerous health problems including depression,diabetes, and arthritis. She learned that the Chinese keep themselves well by tapping. Initially skeptical,because of her western "scientific" background she decided to give it a go.     Well that article got my attention.I searched some more and found some interesting developments in Australia.Steve Wells psychologist and David Lake M.D. psychiatrist have an easy effective way to accomplish what the chinese and Dr Smith did.      I decided to pursue this further. I started twice daily tapping. Each time I did this for 15-20 minutes the endorphins would kick in just like they did when I got the "runner's high."

     After doing this for about two months my blood pressure  has  come  down about  20 points. This practice improved my mood.

     David Lake and Steve Wells gave a workshop  recently that I attended. We tapped almost continually the entire time for 4 days.

     One interesting results was when I returned home I noticed that I was able to lift increased weights more easily.Another person said that she could run up a challenging hill that before she could only walk up.Both of us were physically stronger as a result of this tapping.

     As a result of daily tapping many people report an improved feeling of wellbeing and a lessening of problems.
